So....Today 19/7/12, I am making my 1st post on my blog!
This post is going to be about my favourite hobby......baking!!
I bake something almost every single week, usually when I've finished a night shift to keep my self awake for the rest of the day.
Yesterday I baked Apple Gallettes with toffee sauce (which failed) and cream along with a chocolate fudges cake, both turned out really well and tasted great, the Apple Gallettes being a family favourite.
