Adults Colouring books - Relax With Art Subscription

Colouring books is no longer just for kids. Now with crazy lifestyles and daily stresses I'm glad to see that suddenly there is a wide variety of colouring books for adults available aimed at helping us to chill out a little. Some may say for creative therapy and some are just anti-stress. 

I first came across the anti-stress colouring book last week and was quick to go and order one after a rough time at work, now I'm just waiting on it to arrive. 

On Saturday I had a little day out and popped into the local WHSmiths and my mum had found one of these relax with art colouring books. Beside it was issue 2. We decided to buy one each for a little creative therapy.

An hour later 2 ladies were walking in front of us talking about how they just went and bought some adult colouring books. Are these going to be the next big thing?

Above is a look at one of the more busier designs from issue 1. Me and my mum have already started on the books and I must admit it is fun and relaxing. It does take time to sit and carefully colour in each little section so I can see a book lasting a long time. 

Now time to sit down, relax, steal the kids colouring in pencils and try and stay inside the lines...x
